Tified the positive effects from the mindfulness-based education plan for university students. Specifically, following participating within the six-week mindfulness-based MNITMT manufacturer intervention, students demonstrated substantial increases in both alpha and theta brain waves but decreases within the beta wave. Also, the amount of mindfulness improved soon after participating inside the program. We believe that this plan may possibly enable students not just relax, but in addition create a mindfulness state in stressful circumstances. In the end, university students can advantage from this program by building good studying experiences and thereby promote greater satisfaction with their university life.Author Contributions: Conceptualization, M.J. and M.L.; methodology, M.J. and M.L.; software program, M.J.; validation, M.J. and M.L.; formal analysis, M.J. and M.L.; investigation, M.J. and M.L.; resources, M.J. and M.L.; data curation, M.J. and M.L.; writing–original draft preparation, M.J. and M.L.; writing–review and editing, M.J. and M.L.; visualization, M.J.; project administration, M.J.; and funding acquisition, M.J. and M.L.
